Oud / Agarwood: This woodsy, sweet, and smoky ingredient, which comes from a forest in Vietnam where the agarwood essential oil is sustainably harvested and periodically replanted, delivers strength and clarity. It’s often used in sacred oil blends during meditation to evoke mental and spiritual reflection. 

Black Pepper: Both calming and grounding, black pepper delivers a warming effect on the mind.

Cardamom: Spicy and rich in scent with calming and stress-reducing effects, cardamom is considered an aphrodisiac.

Apply directly onto skin at pulse points—the neck, inside the wrists, and behind the ears. Take 30 seconds to inhale the aroma. Stay present. Be mindful. Inhale and exhale. Repeat as needed.

I absolutely love the Lina Hanson perfumes. They have just the right amount of scent. Not too over-powering. Not too subtle. It's a joy to know that they are 100% natural and beautifully blended.  And whilst I'd love to say I have a favourite from the collection, it's nigh on impossible to choose one, as they are all heavenly, and it depends on my mood in regards to which one I prefer.
