Making Peace with the Mirror is an interactive, light-hearted workshop designed to provide you with pragmatic tools and tips to help you get in touch with your inner knowing so that you can:

1. change the things in your life that aren't working for you
2. create the life that you desire, and
3. look in the mirror each night with a sense of joy for how you choose to live each day.

Be genki founder, Samantha Sargent, shares her common sense approach to everyday life - from the physical to the emotional to the spiritual - the steps she took to radically turn her life around – as a conversation starter for you to get in touch with what’s true for you.

"What amazes me today, is that anxiety, worry and stress are on the rise. As a culture, we’re not coping. And I can relate all too well to this, as I certainly had no idea how to cope. My intention and desire is to invite you to make peace with the person looking back at yourself in the mirror, physically, emotionally and spiritually, so that you can not only cope, but thrive in your daily life."

The Making Peace with the Mirror workshop was and uplifting and rejuvenating opportunity to practice deep self care with beautiful women. The gorgeous Sam led us through a day filled with eye-opening ah-ha moments, stories of deep personal growth and loving practices to nourish ourselves in our hectic lives. I absolutely loved the workshop and would highly recommend it. Since going I have already implemented more self-care practices into my daily routine that enrich my life and my relationships. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their self-love, take some me-time, share with like-minded women and hear inspiring stories that will encourage you to go and live your best life.
