Description The Background
Do you sometimes feel like it's all getting to be too much?

Are you tired of trying to meet the expectations of all the 'you should do' and 'you need this'?

Making Peace with the Mirror is a half-day interactive and light-hearted workshop designed to provide you with pragmatic tools and tips to change the things in your life that aren't working for you. Be genki founder, Sam Sargent, shares her common sense approach to everyday life - from the physical to the emotional to the spiritual - the steps she took to radically turn her life around. As well as take-home tips that you can start integrating in to your life immediately for a life free-from "shoulds" and ever-growing stress from unmet expectations.

"What amazes me today, is that anxiety, worry and stress are on the rise. As a culture, we’re not coping. And I can relate all too well to this, as I certainly had no idea how to cope. My desire is to show people how I learnt not only to cope, but to thrive in this crazy thing called ‘life’." - Sam Sargent, founder of Be genki

  • You will leave the workshop with your very own practical steps on how to calm the chaos and curb the crazy in your own life.
  • You will receive a beautiful booklet containing inspiration, information, tools, tips and easy-to-follow recipes for you to refer back to following the workshop.
  • You will learn how best to bring about a clean and clear complexion.
  • You will be gifted a box of products (skin care, body care and essential oils) plus a voucher for you to redeem on your next purchase at Be genki.
  • You will have the possibility to ask anything you desire in a judgement-free space.
  • You have the choice to listen, or ask questions. This is not a 'you must step out of your comfort zone' kind of workshop. It's your choice to be as you wish.
