Moisten cotton wool pads with warm water, add a few drops of the De-Maq cleanser and apply using upward sweeping movements over the face and neck. Repeat as necessary to remove all traces of dirt and make up. Use separate pads for each eye area when removing eye make up.

All AEOS products are highly concentrated. A little goes a long way, so please use sparingly.

How do I get maximum benefits from my AEOS products? All AEOS formulations are highly concentrated – a little goes a long way – so it’s best to apply them sparingly. We recommend always applying our formulations to damp skin, using gentle circular motions then lightly patting. To make sure each formulation is received optimally by your skin at the deepest dermal level, always follow the correct product sequence. Avoid introducing other products outside of the AEOS range, this is because artificial or synthetic preservatives and chemicals used in other products can interrupt and damage the fragile actives in our formulations. Our formulations offer a complete skincare solution and – for best results – we recommend using them for at least two months.

Should I use the same AEOS skincare sequence all year round? Thanks to the potent actives that work synergistically across our product range and the nature of those actives, our formulations are created to intuitively treat skin with the just right amount of care and balance, according to its needs at any given time. That said, during particularly extreme seasonal changes, it can be beneficial to become aware of how your skin changes and update your AEOS ritual accordingly, for example if your skin becomes more sensitised in the winter months, you may want to up your cleanser from Dew Facial Wash to Gentle Cleansing Lotion, or Gentle Cleansing Lotion to Cleansing Oil Dé Maq and reverse this process during the summer months.

HELP!! The pumps on my AEOS bottles don't appear to be working and I can tell there's still lots of product still left in the bottle. This is a very easy 'issue' to fix. Here's the quick fix tips:

1. The bottles need to be upright. Reason being, there is a drip tube that sucks up product from the bottom of the bottle, so if you have the bottle on an angle, on it’s side, then the liquid can’t get sucked up the drip tube.

2. Pressing the pump quickly does not help. It makes it worse. The pumps work best when they are pressed with intention once, and then once again, as opposed to pressing it like a machine gun.

3. It may be a case that it needs to be re-primed again. i.e. prime by pressing down on the pump approx 20 times to suck up the liquid.

One of my favourite cleansing oils! It's extremely light, and the bottle lasts a long time. But most of all it works brilliantly at removing all traces of makeup. I love to add a couple of drops of the Cleansing Oil to a damp cotton pad to remove eye makeup. And then massage a few drops over my entire face. To remove, I use a muslin cloth soaked in hot water, and apply to my face. Heaven!
