Anagen is the active growth phase of hair follicles during which the root of the hair is dividing rapidly, adding to the hair shaft. During this phase, the hair grows about 1 cm every 28 days. The fatty acids in Moon Boost help to promote prostaglandin production to prolong the growing phase of hair. PHASE 2: HAIR IN CATAGEN
At the end of the anagen phase, your hair enters the catagen phase. This short transitional phase lasts approximately 10 days.
PHASE 3: HAIR IN TELOGEN
The telogen phase is a resting period of around 3 months, when strands remain in their follicles but are not actively growing.
HOW TO USE
