From my point of view, this Manuka honey is one of the best preventative measures for common colds. When I travel, especially when going overseas, I take a jar in my suitcase and take a teaspoon each day to keep me healthy. Even in extreme cases when being on a plane with others who are coughing and spluttering all over the place, if I notice that I start to feel "flu-ey" when getting off the plane, as soon as I get to the hotel I take a teaspoon and it makes me feel better within the day.
