TRIED AND TESTED
I don't have kids, so haven't tried it personally on little ones, but .. I do love to use it personally when preparing for sleep. I like to keep it on the bedside table and place a drop on my chest to inhale the scent. I also love to infuse this blend in the diffuser in my bedroom.
