Uses: Always used diluted (1-3%) in Coconut oil, Olive oil or Honey as a culinary oil. It may also be diluted in a carrier oil such as Jojoba or Seabuckthorn. Apply diluted in the mouth or along floss for the freshest breath. Add to a diffuser with a few drops of cinnamon oil, a citrus oil, or fir oils for a warm, inviting fragrance in the home. Lovely in massage liniments with lavender too. The essential oil can be used as a culinary replacement for the dried spice, too – a little dab will do.

Many uses for this amazing oil.
It can be used in the kitchen however my preference is in the bathroom.
I have a pesky tooth that acts up if I eat or drink something too hot or cold.
This results of intense pain that even strong analgesics do nothing but send me to sleep.
The tiniest amount applied in and around the affected area settles the pain very quickly.
I also like to gargle with clove oil in warm water. So great for oral health.
There are also some great natural toothpastes, powders and tooth serums available from Living Libations here as well.
The smallest amount is all you need to clean your teeth.
