Uses: In the salt pipe or diffuser with other essential oils, such as Rosemary, Ravensara, or Eucalyptus. Always dilute to use on skin, in body balms, and in baths. Also dilute to 3 - 5% in olive oil for culinary creations. For a potent concentrate in times of need dilute 3 - 5% in another essential oil like Frankincense, Lavender, or Tea Tree and apply this solution neat.
Contraindications: French aromatherapy literature advises against long-term use; best to use in short spurts.
