Widely known to revitalise the skin, our Spikenard Essential Oil may be particularly beneficial for wise and excessively dry skin. This musky-exotic root acts as a special stabilizing fixative in natural perfumery. A tradition staple of Ayurvedic care, Spikenard was widely used throughout Egypt, Rome, and what is today the Middle East, for its restoring properties. It may calm agitation, worry, butterflies in the tummy, and restless nights.

"Some spikenards, or Jatamansi as I like to call it, can be overpowering. Brilliant for use in a mix with Lavender, Orange and a good Vetiver as a pillow spray for night time deep sleep. And off you go - sleeping with the Angels ð This Living Libation oil is sensational and beautifully gentle. A little goes a long way."
