St John’s Wort, more known for its effect on depression, when applied topically as a cream it can help nerves, injuries, muscle pain & burns. NOTE: may cause skin sensitivity to sunlight.

Calendula is a famous skin botanical for things like nappy rash, burns, soothing itches & inflammation.

Hemp has historically been used for arthritis, pain relief, muscle spasms, inflammation & helps relax the body.

HOW TO USE

Apply liberally and let it soak in. The balm can be applied as often as you remember to put it on. 3 x a day is good if you want fast results.

Storage: The BLACK SHEEP FARM balms can be stored at room temperature for a year at least, out of direct sunlight. For longer storage you may keep them in the fridge.

TRIED AND TESTED

I came across Black Sheep Farm products at my local massage place that my husband and I book in to, at Mac (the founder of Black Sheep Farm) and Chommy's house, who are a 5 minute drive from my home.
