HOW TO USE
Massage neat or diluted into the chest. Anoint the nostrils with a drop. Rub into the soles of the feet. Add to the diffuser, salt pipe or steaming bath to illuminate the air and your imagination. Ingest a drop or two mixed into olive oil, tea or a honey liquid-lozenge.

My husband and I always have Illume Classic on hand just in case. We also each have a bottle in our bag or pocket when travelling. We mainly use Illume Classic as a preventative these days, before and after eating out, being in a crowded place or any time that we may feel vulnerable. I can't remember the last time that I have had a cold, flu or suchlike - at least 7 years! I am sure that this blend keeps bugs at bay. I have been using Living Libations products for many years and trust them completely. I always feel special using Living Libations, products, the love and care with which they are blended comes through with every use.

Works well. I am a singer and have been looking for something to help keep my respiratory system clear. I think this oil plus the salt inhaler may be the solution I have been looking for. I place a few drops of the Immune Illume oil into the salt inhaler and breathe in through my mouth and out through my nose or via the nose, one nostril at a time. These methods have worked pretty well to clear congestion. When I first started using the salt inhaler with the oil I could feel the congestion in my chest moving but now it feels clear. Happy with my purchase!

I add 5 drops of Immune Illume in the Living Libations Salt Inhaler and when needed I add a few drops more of the oil blend. While breathing in the essential oils from my salt inhaler, I can feel them penetrating into my sinus cavities. Some nights I diffuse 5-6 drops of Immune Illume in my bedroom for a couple of hours before going to bed.
