This is the third time I have ordered Living Libations "Lovers Lips" lip balm. It really does tingle when first applied but I love using this pure healthy protective product so much that I keep giving my newly arrived lip balms away as gifts as I want all my friends to try this! It definitely gives your lips that sought after pout and glow, and it’s beautifully sweet and spicy smelling etc etc., but since trying this one I just realise how much I love LL’s vanilla lip balm. I don’t think the tingly sensation of this one is for me, reminds me too much of my teen years and blistex I think.
