HOW TO USE
Take one dropper full. The dropper holds 1ml which contains 1000mg of dual-extracted mushroom. Across current scientific literature, 1000mg is seen an effective and safe daily dose. Please note, a couple of squirts may be needed to attain a dropper full.
Squirt the extract straight into your mouth. Or dilute in a glass of water or into a coffee, smoothie, etc. and mask the mushroom taste.

These days there are so many mushroom brands to choose from. In the past we've imported other brands, and I learnt a very valuable bit of information about mushroom products being imported in to Australia ... border control irradiates them to ensure no contaminated ingredients/ products enters Australia.
