Making Peace with the Mirror is designed to inspire your mind to wonder, to ignite your creativity for jumping in to the ocean of happiness, joy and self-love.
There is no right or wrong place to start. Simply open a page and dive in to the challenge. There is also no end to this book, as health, wellbeing and happiness are daily practices. The chapters have been designed to help you create the healthy and happy changes that you’ve been seeking in your life by providing actionable tips, tools, recipes and journalling that you can incorporate in to your everyday life for sustained long-term results.
Life can be a juggling act, so it’s understandable that even the most disciplined of us slip in to not-so-helpful habits sometimes. If this happens, please don’t judge yourself. Simply open a page and challenge yourself to take a step to change.
The most important thing to remember is to be gentle, kind and patient with yourself as you’re learning new ways of thinking, doing and considering. And to always remember the fundamental truth that applies to everything in your life. There is no-one else that knows what is better for you, than you. I am here to show you that there are other doors available to you. Whether you choose to walk through them, is your choice.
It is my greatest honour to be given the opportunity to help facilitate this change with you, and I am doing little star jumps of joy here in my living room at the thought of hearing all about the changes that you choose to implement and the impact that these changes have had.
