HOW TO USE
Each bottle comes with a dropper attached to the lid. Take one dropperful, under the tongue, with some food or in a drink/smoothie each day. If taken in this way, one bottle will last roughly 30 days.

I love the Amaranth oil and have been using it for years as part of a skin care routine. Its a great moisturiser and anti-ager, and isn't at all greasy. A great way to minimise lines and wrinkles, and keep skin soft and moist.
