Vicky Wall - the founder and innovator of Aura-Soma - used to say that ‘the greater guide is the guide within’ meaning that no-one knows what is better for you than you. So, if you are naturally drawn to choosing a certain colour, then please go with that choice, as there is something within you that is desiring that combination of plant and crystal essences. Other people may try and tell you what is best for you, but I personally wouldn't follow that advice if it contradicts your 'gut' feeling. Your inner knowing, and intuition is the ONLY thing to follow.

Another point to consider with Aura-Soma is that nothing will activate within you from the products, unless it is for your greater good. This is one of the fundamentals that is imbued in to all Aura-Soma products. i.e. there are no wrong choices that you will ever make.

HOW TO USE

Excellent when used before meditation, prayer or contemplation, as a means of developing stillness and when receiving holistic treatments such as reiki, massage, spiritual healing, etc.

Daily use is recommended.

Place 3 drops on left wrist and gently rub the wrists together. Extend arms above head, giving the energies away to the world. Then gently bring hands in and cross wrists over crown area and then cross over each of the chakras, stopping to rest over the heart chakra for a few moments. Continue down and give the energies to the earth. Then bring the energies all the way up the front of the body by moving the hands in backward circles from the feet to the crown. Finally bring your palms together at the forehead and deeply inhale the Quintessence 3 times.

TRIED AND TESTED

I love to use the Quintessences as a means to bring about a desired quality in to my approach to the day. I have the full set of Quintessences in my bedroom and like to choose one based on the specific quality of that Quintessence. Most of the time I use the same Quintessence for a few weeks consecutively as I explore what that theme brings up for me, and how I feel when inhaling the scent and distributing the energy of that Quintessences through my energetic field.
