TRIED AND TESTED
I love to use this chakra set throughout the year when focusing on different energy centres to either heal, bring attention to, or nurture. I apply before meditation on pulse points, take 3 deep breaths of inhalation and then sit in quiet solitude visualising light to that particular part of my body. It's a beautiful way to bring mindful intention to the body, mind, soul.
