HOW TO USE

TRIED AND TESTED
This tried and tested review was written after taking STAIT for Women for 10 months: The changes that I’ve noticed have been AMAZING. To give you a little background... I’m 41 years old, have always had ‘normal’ cycles that come around each month like clockwork. I don’t take any pharmaceuticals. I’ve been off The Pill for over 15 years (as soon as I became aware of the horrifying side effects), and I switched to organic cotton tampons when I was about 17 (as soon as I found out about the toxicity of conventional tampons). I’ve been fortunate to have had a healthy body, without any hormonal issues that are becoming more commonly experienced by people these days. I don’t think this is ‘luck’ ... I put this down to making a dramatic shift in my daily choices during my 20s and have done my best to avoid toxic crap ever since. I eat healthily and exercise regularly. The only ‘women’s health’ thing that I ever used to suffer from was a thumper of a headache once a month the day before my cycle started, that then moved to a dull lower back pain the day later. Month 1 : my cycle came around without any headache. Zero. Zilch. And hardly any back pain at all. Amazing!
Month 2 / 3: my cycle stretched out from 26 days to 48 ... I spoke to the science team and this is most likely due to my body finding it’s new ‘balance’ with a shift in hormonal production and utilisation. Still no headache, or back pain and I’m convinced I was less of a “crazy bitch” for that one day prior to cycle starting. And I am noticing that I handle stuff with more calm. Certain things that would usually cause me to “see red” I handled with a much more balanced headspace.
Month 4: my cycle shifted back to it’s ‘normal’ 26 day thing. Still no headache. No intense back pain. No crazy bitch.
Month 5: I started to notice a really interesting change in my body. My muscle definition became more defined. Ok, so I’m not Linda Hamilton ... but ... the muscles in my legs, arms and tummy are more noticeable and defined. I should also mention that I haven’t had a ‘common cold’ or sniffle. I have been on and off Stait for years now. Took a mini break recently when they were out of stock.
Within a few weeks I started to have night sweats, exhaustion and all the unhappy symptoms of peri menopause. Tried managing it with other natural brands but honestly, since I have been back on Stait for women they have all gone.

In one word these tablets have been: life changing. I don’t say that lightly. I waited a few months to write this review. I’m on my second month of taking these tablets.
