HOW TO USE

TRIED AND TESTED

This tried and tested review was written after taking STAIT for Women for 10 months: The changes that I’ve noticed have been AMAZING. To give you a little background... I’m 41 years old, have always had ‘normal’ cycles that come around each month like clockwork. I don’t take any pharmaceuticals. I’ve been off The Pill for over 15 years (as soon as I became aware of the horrifying side effects), and I switched to organic cotton tampons when I was about 17 (as soon as I found out about the toxicity of conventional tampons). Month 2 / 3: my cycle stretched out from 26 days to 48 ... Still no headache, or back pain and I’m convinced I was less of a “crazy bitch” for that one day prior to cycle starting. And I am noticing that I handle stuff with more calm. Certain things that would usually cause me to “see red” I handled with a much more balanced headspace.

Month 4: my cycle shifted back to it’s ‘normal’ 26 day thing. Still no headache. No intense back pain. No crazy bitch.

Month 5: I started to notice a really interesting change in my body. My muscle definition became more defined. Ok, so I’m not Linda Hamilton ... but ... the muscles in my legs, arms and tummy are more noticeable and defined. I should also mention that I haven’t had a ‘common cold’ or sniffle. To cruise through the months without the dreaded one-day-a-month being a write off is, for me, a miracle. And hey, I’m loving the surprised side effect of a more defined body. Love it!
